A pediatrician from GA, named Dr. Michael Anderson wants to put kids on a very strong medicine called Adderall. Dr. Michael Anderson wanted to prescribe to the students with true problems like students with low-income and struggling in school. But there are some real problems with doing this.

The article includes quotes from people who had an opinion. "Jacquelin William said "people who are getting A's and B's, I won’t give it to them," he said and what he is saying is some student might take abuse of the stimulant and students that have higher grades might use the drug to boost their academic performance.

I think that it is a good thing that teaches and doctors are very wary about the kids to boost their academic performance so that they are prepared for school with lots on energy, but I think it’s not a good thing for students to be on drugs because it might escalate to something bigger like to other drugs. What do you think about this situation?
